200g. Rice 1 Tbsp of Carrot 1 Tbsp of Onion 1 Green onion 2 Eggs 2 Garlics J-Lek Hoisin and Garlic Stir Fry Sauce (4 Tbsp) 1/2 Tsp of Salt 1 Tbsp of Butter
Cooking Step
1.Heat the butter with low temp, wait until it hot. Then add garlic, onion and carrot. Wait until them cooked. 2.Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are completely mixed then add into the pan. 3.Stir until the egg is cooked then add steamed rice. Stir until mixed well. 4.Add Hoisin sauce, small amount of salt and black pepper. Stir for a while. 5.Spoon this dish onto a plate, topping by green onion.
