200g. of Fish Dolly 3 pcs of Garlic 1 Tbsp of Carrot 20g. of Bell pepper 20g. of Pineapple 20g. of Onion 2 Tbsp of Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp of Tomato Sauce J-Lek Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce (4 Tbsp) Oil (For deep fry Dolly Fish) Crispy Flour / Tempura Flour
Cooking Step
1.Mix flour with fish fillet, make sure flour cover all of them . 2.Heat the oil (150-180 celcius) then add fish. Fry until turn to golden. Drain the fish with paper towel. 3.Heat sesame oil. Add garlic, carrot, onion, pineapple and bell pepper. Stir until them cooked. 4.Lower the temp. Then add fried fish, Sweet Sour sauce and tomato sauce. Stir them until mixed well. 5.Do not stir for a long time, otherwise fish will not crispy. 6.Spoon this dish onto a plate.
