J-Lek Hoisin and Garlic Stir Fry Sauce (3 Tbsp) Pork 200 g. (Slice) 2 Cloves Garlic 20g. Greenbean 20g. Onion 3 pcs of Fresh Red chili 2 Tbsp of Soy sauce 1 Tbsp of Butter or Sesami oil
Cooking Step
1.Mix sliced pork with soy sauce. 2.Heat the butter with low temp, wait until it hot. Add garlic, stir until it turn to golden then add sliced pork. Stir until it cooked. 3.Add green bean, onion, and chili. Stir until them cooked. Then add half pouch of Chomien sauce. 4.Stir until mixed well then add small amount of black pepper. 5.Spoon this dish onto a plate.
