Fried Chicken Nugget with Sweet and Sour Sauce
นักเก็ตไก่ผัดซอสเปรี้ยวหวาน
Raw material & Ingredients
7 pcs. of Chicken Nugget (Slice in half)
20g. of Onion
3 pcs of Fresh Red Chili
20g. of Bell pepper
J-Lek Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce (4 Tbsp)
2 pcs of Tomatoes
2 pcs of Garlic
20g. of Onion
3 pcs of Fresh Red Chili

J-Lek Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce (4 Tbsp)
2 pcs of Tomatoes
2 pcs of Garlic
Cooking Step
1.Heat the oil (150-180 celcius)
2.Add half-cut nuggets into the pan, deep fry until them turn to golden brown.
3.Drain the nuggets.
4.Heat sesame oil with low heat. Add garlic, onion, and other vegetables. Stir until them cooked.
5.Then add nuggets, stir for a while.
6.Add Sweet Sour sauce.
7.Add small amount of salt, stir until mixed well.
8.Spoon this dish onto a plate.

วัตถุดิบ
นักเก็ตไก่ 7 ชิ้น (หั่นครึ่ง)
หอมหัวใหญ่ 20 กรัม
พริกชี้ฟ้าแดง 3 เม็ด
พริกหยวก 20 กรัม
ซอสผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน ตราเจ๊เล็ก (4 ช้อนโต๊ะ)
มะเขือเทศขนาดกลาง 2 ลูก (หั่น 1/4)
กระเทียม 2 กลีบ
วิธีทำ
1.ตั่งน้ำมันสำหรับทอดไก่ใช้ไฟแรงรอให้จนน้ำมันร้อน
2.ใส่ Nugget ที่หั่นครึ่งเรียบร้อยแล้วลงไปทอด น้ำมันต้องท่วม Nugget
3.รอจน Nugget เปลี่ยนเป็นสีเหลืองทอง แล้วตักขึ้นพักเอาไว้
4.นำน้ำมันงาใส่กะทะตั้งไฟอ่อนแล้วใส่กระเทียม และหัวหอมและผักที่เหลือผัดจนสุก
5.ตามด้วย Nugget นำลงไปผัดในกะทะให้ทั่่ว
6.ใส่ Sweet Sour Sauce คลุกให้เข้ากัน
7.โรยเกลือเล็กน้อย คลุกให้เข้ากัน
8.ตักใส่จานพร้อมเสริฟ
